INGREDIENTES:
- 130 g DE AZUCAR
- 8 YEMAS DE HUEVO
- 1 CUHARADA DE MAICENA
- 1 CUCHARADA DE MANTEQUILLA
- UNAS GOTITAS DE COLORANTE AMARILLO (opcional..)
PREPARACION:
- Colocamos la mariposa en las cuchillas y añadimos todos los ingredientes y mezclamos 10 SEG , VEL 3 y acontinuacion 18 MIN ,VAROMA ,VEL2 , SIN CUBILETE.
- Dejamos templar y cubrimos la tarta o pastel.
